Our History
Born out of the desire to continue riding during the pandemic in 2020, RUSTYSBIKESHOP has become a well-known home based Bicycle Repair Shop in Hampshire. What started out as a struggle to find a friendly mechanic has now become our passion and we're delighted to share it with you. We offer quality repairs at affordable prices to keep you rolling on the road. Our intense passion for fixing what’s broken has brought us to the forefront of the repair industry, and our impeccable results have kept us there.

Reputation breeds our customer base
We're are only a small workshop but we aim to shake up the cycling industry by doing things differently. Our aim is always to put the customer first. That's why if you aren't happy with your steed then nor are we. Whats more EVERY bike that comes into the workshop is given a full diagnoises video detailing what we have found and the reasons why certain parts may need to be replaced in order to get your pride and joy back on the road again. However, fear not, no work is undertaken without the customers consent that way you are always in control.
*Please note any safety related issues will be invoice directly as we wouldn't want you to ride something unsafe, whereas anything else is entirely down to you. We'll of course provide you with all the recommendations needed to make the best informed decision.

BOTTOM BRACKET SERVICE
Duration 1hr from £35
Creaking or grind in your chain set can ruin your training ride. This service covers a detailed inspection of all working parts. Replacement BB not included in core service package.
SHOP
CyTech Qualified Technician
Cytech Technical two is considered the industry trade standard for any professional cycle mechanic. It includes 2 weeks of intensive training and assessment, delivering the skills and knowledge required to be a professional bike mechanic.
*All bikes needs to be in a clean state when dropped off/collected... If a wash is required to fully diagnose any issues then there will be an additional £15 surcharge. *No additional work will be carried out above and beyond the basic service packages until approval is sort by the owner. *We have limited space in our workshop to accommodate all our customers bikes, all bike services are expected to be completed within the same week. If you are however unable to collect your bike within this timeline then an additional storage charge of £10 per week we be applied to your final invoice.
